but it tasted amazing!!! I put our Sugared Lemon Spread over some freshly picked blackberries, then topped it with some crushed marcona almonds; the result was a wonderfully refreshing summer dessert. The almonds (or nut of your choice) finished it oh so nicely. Next time I am going to try it with crushed pistachios.
Going to take break from cooking for the next few weeks, we will be traveling around California seeing family and friends. We will also be visiting as many interesting food venues in our travels.
